Construction

• Hull: Solid 100% hand laid fiberglass w/ vinylester resin barrier coat, complete w/ main and two (2) secondary fiberglass composite bulkheads. Full-length fiberglass composite stringers.
• Cap: Hand laid fiberglass composite construction of cuddy including foredeck and molded non- skid gunwales. Cap is secured to hull w/ S.S. fasteners @ 8” o/c. and 3M 5200 adhesive, then bonded with fiberglass. Continuous rigid PVC rub rail.
• Cuddy cabin: 20" companionway door & hatch w/ steps leads to a roomy stand up cuddy cabin. Cabin has a “V” bunks w/ storage below, shelf above and rope locker forward.
• Main Cabin: Hand laid fiberglass composite construction w/ 6’–5” head clearance, aluminum center opening three section front windshield and sliding aluminum side windows (tinted). Main cabin is open to cockpit in standard configuration.
• Misc: There is no plywood used anywhere in the construction of this boat. Some closed cell coring material is used in cap & cabin only for weight reduction and insulation value. The hull is solid hand-laid fiberglass and has no coring material.

Decks

• Honeycomb/fiberglass composite decks (no plywood).
• Non-skid finish on all decks and gunwales.
• Self-bailing decks.
• Flush hatches.
• All deck hatches have integral gutters w/ drains.
• 4’ x 6’ motor box, 15” high.

Fuel Tanks

• 200 Gallon capacity integral fiberglass fuel tanks w/ shut offs. (U.S.C.G. Certified boats have aluminum tanks.) Larger capactiy tanks available

Motor

• Engine as chosen.
